Mungkin itu satu petanda bahawa kami akan jauh dari mata TAPI dekat di hati... Aku masih ingat tika sahabatku ini dapat membaca bahawa aku akan pergi jauh darinya.. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Lalu pada satu hari di dalam kelas calculus,  sahabatku ini bertanya padaku,  " Kau ada sembunyi apa2 dr ak ke??.." Tersentak ku dalam kebisuan kerana tika itu aktiviti penukaran U masih dalam pemprosessan.. Aku tidak menjawab apa2 sehingga lah tiba saat kami langkah menuju ke kelas SAD.. Di situ sahabat ku ini bertanya lagi, " Kau ada sembunyi apa2 dari aku ke??? Kalu kau jauh dari aku, tukar U ke, tak sama CS dengan aku, ko kawen ka semua aku tak redho.." . Wah power juga ayat kawan aku ni hingga membuat aku terkesima sebentar..hehe..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; Aku dapat rasakan bahawa tika dia bertanya soalan ini suara nya dalam nada yg bergetar.. Ya Allah, pilu hati ku tika mendengar persoalan sahabatku yang ku sayang ini.. Hanya Allah saja yang tahu bahawa air mata ku mula bergenang cuma ia tidak di titiskan lagi.. Aku hanya menjawab "Ak tak akan jauh dari kau dan akan masuk semuanya dengan kau..".  Sedangkan Ya Allah hatiku ingin berkata padanya bahawa wlaupun aku jauh, aku tetap tak akan tinggalkan sahabatku ini...Aku jauh krn bersebab...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Sungguh banyak memori aku dan dia... Ada rajuk, ada enjoy, ada  semua nya..Segala-galanya dengan dia... Hatta kami sebilik, sekelas dan segala-galanya dgn dia , cuma tak sekatil ja tapi adalah juga kadang2 dia datang menempek kan dirinya di katil aku untuk memulakan cerita2 kerepek kami.. haha ..terutama pada malam hari...hehehe..  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ha saat yang paling aku tak boleh lupa ialah kegilaan kami ketika tension atau lebih dikenali ketika assigment bertimbun2... Pernah kami pergi ke air terjun Ulu Yam untuk melepaskan rasa keserabutan yang melanda.. Walaupun tak mandi tapi kami melakukan aktiviti yang menarik dan kegilaan mengambil gambar menyebabkan kekusutan kami hilang.. Bagi kami selepas kekusutan hilang barulah kami dapat meneruskan assigment yang bertimbun tu..haha... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Lagi korang tahu tak apa lagi tempat yang melakarkan memori kegembiraan KAMI??? Jawapannya mestilah di KLCC..  Kat situ kami main buaian sampai sahabatku ni kena tegur dengan mak guard..haha.. Then gi tengok wayang, shopping dan main di taman permainan...Kalau tak dapat keluar,  kami akan beli makan dan perrgi ke TASEK UIA yang tercinta..Di situ kami beristirehat ibarat pasangan kekasih..hahaha..(habis aku kalau pak we dia tahu :p) . Ha lupa pulak aktiviti riadah yang kami lakukan bersama kononnya nak sihat la kan..hehe.. Cuma satu ja aku tak dapat buat bersamanya iaitu bermain Squash..(^-^)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Sahabat ku ini sukar sekali mengeluarkan air mata hinggalah saat  di mana ak harus beritahu kebenaran bahawa aku akan keluar  dari bumi UIA.. Pada hari yang dinantikan dengan nada yang sedih tambah pula rase takut, aku harus memberitahu dia bahawa aku akan tukar ke USM.. Saat itu dia sangat merajuk dengan aku, hingga boleh menyebabkan kami tidak bertegur sapa, malah dalam kelas pun ibarat orang asing dan ke kelas pun tidak beriringan lagi.. Kalau beriringin kami ibarat manusia patung yang bisu..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; Suatu hari dalam kelas UNGS II saat terakhir  ku di UIA, dia datang kepadaku bersama ehem2 nya.. hehe.. Tiba2 ehem2(hehe) nya beri aku sandwish dan berlalu pergi mengambil tempat duduk. DAN DIA?? mengambil tempat di sebelah ku serta berkata " kenapa kau tak bagi tahu aku yang kau nak tukar U? Apa masalah kau?? Setiap kali aku ada masalah semuanya aku cite kat kau tapi kau sembunyi dari aku.. habis macam mana aku nak tahu apa masalah kau...". Walaupun dia tidak titiskan air mata namun aku tahu nada nya dlm sdih bercampur marah.. Aku diam lalu aku hanya menjawab " Sorry, bukan  aku tak mahu bagi tahu kau tapi aku tak dak kekuatan nak bagi tahu".. Selepas kedua2 nya diam sebentar Ustaz pun menuju masuk ke kelas..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; Sahabatku ini berkata lagi ," Bagi tahulah yang kau nak tukar ni tak kau smpn sorang2 sampai saat kau nak kuar..Fikirlah dulu sebelum tukar, bagi tahu masalah kau..sebab aku kah kau tukar??". Ya aku tahu sahabat,  kau marah padaku.. dengan tanpa segan air mata ku menitis walaupun depan Ustaz.. Masih ingat lagi kerana dia marah dia bagi tahu seorang lagi sahabatku disebelahnya, " Mas da nak pi jauh dah.."..Itu lah pergaduhan pertama antara kami (boleh dikatakan pergaduhan juga la kan sebab tak bertegur sapa..hehe).. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Selepas kelas, kakiku lantas menuju ke bilik lalu mengemas barang-barangku. Hanya 3 jam dari sekarang aku akan pergi meniggalkan UIA secara tak rasmi lagi..hehe.. Sedang aku mengemas barang aku menunggu kepulangan sahabatku ini namun kelibatnya tidak ku kelihatan sehinggalah jam 1 tengah hari penungguanku berakhir. Sahabatku pulang ke bilik namun masih tidak bertegur sapa. Usai saja menunaikan solat zohor, barulah ku kedengaran suara yang ku rindu, " Kau pergi kelas tak? ". Aku hanya jawab "tak". Lalu sahabatku ini berlalu pergi. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ya Allah, sedihnya hati ini kerana tidak dapat bermesra dengan sahabatku saat terakhir. Aku menangis sepuas hati ku.. Tepat jam 2.45 pm. hatiku memberontak ingin menemui sahabatku sebelum ku bertolak pulang. Maka kaki ku laju menuju ke kelas Calculus di bangunan ICT. Aku menghantar pesanan ringkas kepadnya bahawa aku akan pulang dan ingin bertemu dengannya di luar kelas. Selang beberapa mint dia pun keluar menemui ku. Kami berbicara sebentar dan berpelukan.. Akhirnya Ya Allah aku bertemu jua dengan sahabatku ini. Setelah semuanya selesai dia terus masuk ke kelas tanpa menoleh ke belakang. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Air mata terus menerus mengalir mengenangkan sahabat yang sukar dicari ganti, kerana semua pakej pahit, manis, gaduh, merajuk semuanya ada dalam perhubungan kami. Tika ku dalam bas barulah sahabatku ini menghantar pesanan ringkas kepadaku menyatakan isi hatinya. Mengalir lagi air mataku. Tahu tak korang dalam sesuatu perhubungan apabila kita ada terasa hati, merajuk, atau marah ia akan merapatkan lagi sesuatu hubungan. Tahu kenapa??? kerana ia akan menjadikan kita lebih memahami antara satu sama lain..Apa yang penting.. Tolak ansur dan persefahaman. Merajuk tandanya sayang. Maka kalau sahabat tu merajuk maknanya dia sayang akan kamu..hehe.. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Mungkin cite ku ini biasa untuk didengari dan mungkin juga biasa-biasa aja.. Tapi bagiku ia amat bermakna dalam hidupku :-) Ukhwah yang dibina kerana Allah aku memohon agar ia kekal dunia akhirat. Walau aku jauh darimu, namun ingatan dan doaku sentiasa bersamamu SAHABATKU... Even after the manager decided to implement a knowledge management in his company, he himself didn’t study more and hadn’t deep understanding about the subject. Theses subjects caused that he didn’t support the project in different times and &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="grame"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;especially&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; at some milestones that the project needed direct support of management. So we can say that &lt;b style=""&gt;lack of commitment and support of management had a main role in failure of knowledge management&lt;/b&gt; project in &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="spelle"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Calibro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;. Also this subject that the management was not familiar with knowledge management dimensions was effective in failure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;The other factor of failure was selecting someone for leading the knowledge team that was not sophisticated enough to manage the knowledge project.&lt;/b&gt; Manager of &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="spelle"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Calibro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; made a mistake by this wrong selection because in spite the fact that the knowledge management leader showed tendency to manage the project, he/she didn’t have expertise about knowledge management and this made many problems during the implementing of the project. The selected leader couldn’t control and manage the project effectively and also couldn’t pass it safe through crises and solve the bottlenecks.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Unfortunately the &lt;b style=""&gt;employees who were selected as the knowledge management team members didn’t have competency for this duty&lt;/b&gt;. They were also unconscious and didn’t have sophistication and knowledge about the dimensions of knowledge management. It shouldn’t be forgotten that the variety and the number of employees who were involved directly in the project were not enough (only three persons). Also there were only one person who was selected from the company for the team, and he hadn’t high rank of authority in the company. So the &lt;b style=""&gt;selected team hadn’t good familiarity with the organization and its internal relations and occasionally the project implementation faced with crises&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;b style=""&gt;Also lack of someone that hadn’t higher rank of authorities in the company caused that knowledge management team hadn’t had enough strength for maneuvering in the organization. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;Wrong planning and incorrect forecasting about the dimensions of the project were the other important failure factors of the project.&lt;/b&gt; Knowledge team leader didn’t consider that the project took so long and due to increasing the time of project, he/she missed control on it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Considering the fact that implementing an important project such as knowledge management system needs money, it is necessary to assign separate and suitable budget for it. But in &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="spelle"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Calibro&lt;/span&gt; this wasn’t done and the project started and continued by current budget of &lt;span class="spelle"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Calibro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; laboratories. This faced the project with &lt;b style=""&gt;financial problems&lt;/b&gt; because an independent budget hadn’t &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="grame"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;assigned&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; to it. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;Lack of cooperation between organization employees and knowledge management team is the other factor of project failure.&lt;/b&gt; We should consider the main reasons of this in some topics such as lack of suitable infrastructure, lack of transparent support of management between employees, organizational culture and finally resistance against the change. When the employees understood that top management didn’t support the project directly and also didn’t know the project as a high priority, so they didn’t cooperate with the project and said sentences such as: ”… I have other important projects in my hand, the priority of this project is lower than current projects, I don’t have enough time to do this &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="grame"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;projects …”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;Organizational culture also plays an important role in knowledge management projects in the organizations,&lt;/b&gt; but in &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="spelle"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Calibro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;, suitable culture was not prepared. The employees were also worry about the changes during knowledge management systems implementation and top management and the team leader didn’t have any program to conquer the &lt;b style=""&gt;resistance against the change&lt;/b&gt;. This factor was the other reason of knowledge management system failure in &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="spelle"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Calibro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="grame"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Company&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;As the current systems of &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="spelle"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Calibro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; had not been studied completely, knowledge management team faced with many problems during the creation of knowledge storage bases and repositories especially when they understood nonconformities between new systems and current systems. As it has been depicted in the figure, lack of CEO support and commitment is located in the center of the figure that shows the violent importance of this factor clearly. Considering the lack of CEO support and commitment, some factors follow it. Improper team leader selection, lack of separate budget for knowledge management project, lack of familiarity mensions and also lack of cooperation between knowledge team and employees are the factors that run after lack &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="grame"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;of CEO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; support and commitment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Of course when the CEO himself doesn’t support the project directly and doesn’t commit to it, he is not sensitive to selecting a meritorious person for leading the project. He also doesn’t feel that he himself should understand knowledge management deeply and because of lack of familiarity with the dimensions of the project, he will not support allocation a separate budget for it, so the project faces with financial problems during implementation. Also when the other employees understand that CEO himself doesn’t mind and support the project, so they don’t cooperate with knowledge team members and the project faces with some obstacles in &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="grame"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;progress .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; It is also depicted in the figure 1, knowledge team leader plays an important role and if he/she isn’t selected properly and doesn’t have sophistication, the project will face with some problems such as incorrect planning and forecasting. Also as the team leader doesn’t have enough knowledge and sophistication about the &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="grame"  style="font-size:100%;"&gt;project  ,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; so he/she will mistake in selecting team members including problems about the number and also variety of specialists that are needed for putting the project forward. Lack of enough knowledge for team leader also makes some problems for adapting available system with new systems. According to Madam Ayu, there are so many factors of management failures. The most factors are poor leadership which is lack of observation, communication, and monitoring the employees. The leadership seldom updates their employee’s job. Human Resources management means employing people, developing their resources, utilizing, maintaining and compensating their services in tune with the job and organizational requirements. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;      &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Personnel management is a responsibility of all those who manage people as well as being a description of the work of those who are employed as specialists. It is that part of management which is concerned with the people at work and with their relationships within an enterprise. It applies not only to industry and commerce but to all fields of employment. Personnel management is a responsibility of all line managers in an organization, such as general manager, production manager, marketing manager, finance manager, etc., and it is a staff function, i.e., it is the function of personnel manager who is appointed as a specialist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All managers in the organization are aim to achieve organizational goals through other people’s efforts. Human resource management is a part of management. This part is concerned with the people and their relationship within an organization. A manager must be obeyed. A manager may only have obtained his position of authority through time and loyalty given to the company, not as a result of his leadership qualities. A manager knows how each layer of the system works and may also possess a good technical knowledge. The main aim of a manager is to maximize the output of the organization through administrative implementation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;There are a number of factors which differentiate between success and failure. &lt;/b&gt;There are some factor that make management failures:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;The most is from an employee who is difficult to manage can make your organization absolutely miserable.&lt;/b&gt; They can be every bit as disruptive to the forward progress of your company as an &lt;b style=""&gt;employee who lacks the skills or initiative to do the job well.&lt;/b&gt; Often there is some issue that is causing the negative behavior he or she is exhibiting. Many times employees will be very reluctant to discuss these issues, whether they are professional or personal in nature. A casual, relaxed setting may put them at ease. They may open up and tell you what’s really bugging them. They may have the perception that they are not appreciated. They may feel they have not been complimented adequately for work well done. They may feel they deserve more attention. Remember, you should always be liberal with compliments. Key employees especially need attention from you. But this is advice that is easier to give than heed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On the other hand, sometimes a difficult-to-manage employee’s behavior is the result of personal problems—an ailing parent, a runaway child, a divorce, or financial difficulties. In this case, you want to show that you understand the predicament. If at all possible, offer the employee time off or an adjustment in work hours so that he or she can focus on resolving the personal dilemma. However, if the problem is of an ongoing nature and is having a serious negative impact on your workplace, you need to let the person know that some sort of resolution is imperative such as have a formal, closed-door meeting with the employee and address the most obvious examples of his or her inappropriate behavior in a forthright manner. If an employee remains difficult despite all attempts at building rapport or providing help, you need to make a careful assessment. If the employee is truly exhibiting behavior problems that seriously disrupt the workplace; you need to take further action. Consider issuing a written warning that details the specific problems as clearly as possible. If, after issuing such a warning, the employee’s bad behavior persists, you may feel that the only solution is termination. Consult with an attorney before dismissing the employee. &lt;b style=""&gt;You need to know whether or not you have a strong enough case to withstand a potential lawsuit for wrongful firing. An employee who has been fired for issues relating to difficult behavior is much more likely to sue you than an employee fired due to poor work performance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To ensure the success of a performance management system, managers have to devote a significant amount of their time to the process. Often the success or failure of a performance management system has less to do with the chosen metrics and templates used for managing the system, and more to do with the honesty and rigor used in the process. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;All too often, performance&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b style=""&gt;management systems fail because they are either measurement systems, where little is done to interpret the results and take corrective action, or the system is simply delegated to the bottom drawer because it is cumbersome and managers have not bought into the process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A well-designed and implemented performance management system will ensure that there is open and honest communication between all layers of the organization. It will ensure that managers have the authority to manage, while there is an assurance to their bosses that agreed levels of performance will be met. A good performance management system should focus not only on the achievement of a metric but also on the reasons behind the achievement or non-achievement of the metric in relation to a target. &lt;b style=""&gt;Performance Management implementation either succeeds or fails, based on whether the management buys into the process. If a robust change management process does not run alongside the process of implementing performance management, it is bound to fail. Complete management buy-in at all levels is crucial to ensuring the success of the system.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ladies and Gentlemen,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For example, reducing Research and Development costs may bolster short-term performance but could have disastrous consequences for the business in the long term. When identifying the priority value drivers, it is important to take the following into account:* Will focusing on the driver have a material impact on business performance* Does management have control over the factors which influence the driver, or do the external environment and asset constraints prevent them from having a meaningful impact?* Does the driver have any unintended consequences, such as managing inventory levels to the detriment of customer service?* Is the driver sustainable, or is it a one time cost reduction or synergy? Once these factors have been considered, the important value drivers can be ranked in order of priority, appropriate value metrics can be assigned to the drivers and they can be cascaded throughout the organization. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Opportunities for employee development should be identified and implemented during the review process. The final consideration when designing and implementing an effective performance management system is to ensure that the top performers are adequately rewarded and recognized. Well-designed incentive schemes should differentiate between top performers and the rest of the organization&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ladies and Gentlemen,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many people in both the public and private sectors are not aware about the importance of quality. Quality is the perception of superiority or a sense of appreciation by customers to satisfy their needs. It is perceived by different people differently. Organizations can apply several tools and techniques to improve quality. The popular among them are benchmarking, outsourcing, speed, ISO 9000 and statistical quality control techniques. Benchmarking is the process of searching the best practice among competitors that leads to superior performance. It is an evaluation and comparison of one's products and processes with the very best competitors. It is a very specific form of environmental scanning. Benchmarking involves looking at similar firms to understand how they have achieved the best performance levels. It helps to examine the process behind excellent performance. This helps organizations to develop the best practices to improve the performance level. Application of benchmarking involves: understanding in detail the existing business practices, analyzing the business process, comparing one's business performance with that of others and taking the steps necessary to close the performance gap. Outsourcing is the process of subcontracting some of the jobs to another organization to bring quality and get the benefit of specialization. It is an important means of reducing cost and improving quality.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ladies and Gentlemen,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;An organization performing each and every activity by itself may not be able to perform its activities efficiently and effectively. Increasing speed will give organizations a strategic advantage and help them to complete the task more effectively. Achieving a more productive workforce means three things:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;st1:place st="on"&gt;I.&lt;/st1:place&gt; improving labour utilization, so that more of us are working;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;II. Improving workforce skills, so that we work smarter; and&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;III. Often they are built by software houses to the precise requirements of the organization.  So the client organization needs to be very clear as to what it wants, and the software house analysts need also to be very clear about the requirements. MIS failures can be expensive and bring bad publicity to all parties.  They can arise due to:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;font-size:12;" &gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: justify;" type="disc"&gt; &lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Inadequate analysis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt; - problems, needs and      constraints aren’t understood in the early stages.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Lack of management involved in      the design&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt; –      wrong expectations of a new system / no-one understands the system.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Emphasis on the computer system&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt; – Need procedures for handling      input and output / select the right hardware and software&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Concentration on low-level data      processing&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt; –      Information must be easily accessible and understood&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Lack of management knowledge of      ICT systems and capabilities&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt; – managers know what they want from the system but don’t      understand the technology&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Lack of teamwork&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt; – An ICT manager must      co-ordinate the accounts, marketing, sales etc. departments and help      everyone understand the benefits of the system&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Lack of professional standards&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt; – All systems need clear      documentation that all users can understand (not just the ICT literate)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Organizations can judge how successful the implementation of an MIS system has been by applying the following evaluations:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: justify;" type="disc"&gt; &lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;High level of use&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt; -&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;Is it actually used?      Some systems don’t become operational for reasons such as it taking too      long to enter data.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;High level of user satisfaction&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt; - Do users like the systems?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Accomplishment of original objectives &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;-&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;Have the objectives      specified in the analysis stage been achieved?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Appropriate nature of use - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-GB"&gt;Is the software being correctly      used? If each level is responsible enough, the learners can obtain help accordingly&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;   &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;In my own experience with online English learning, local centers as the level of the management network at the closest “interactive layer” (Gu Yueguo 2000) play a central role in bridging the gap between online and traditional learning. When the local center operates in a professional and effective manner, the chance of a successful outcome is increased substantially. Within the technology industry competition will arise in order to gain increased position. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dell challenges the other industry like Acer, and Compaq by providing direct service to customers, price cuts, and staying up to date with modern technology.&lt;/span&gt; To make things easier for the customer Dell established user-friendly relationships with the customers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In 1996, Dell establishing the direct model. For the first time customers were able to buy a Dell computer from the Internet, while &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;ACER, Compaq, Lenovo, and HP&lt;/span&gt; customer must buy from their shop and any shop can sell their product and be a dealer. Only Dell company sell the Dell notebook and be a dealer to it self without third person or middleman. It is difficult to find computer shop that sell Dell brand except for which have an approval and certificate from Dell.    Dell established a key advantage by creating the direct service model and only Dell company can sell their product.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The company’s direct model consists five of tenets, “beginning with the customer and ending with the customer”. Dell’s principle’s resulted in customer satisfaction, which understanding  to the needs of the customer. The company speaking directly with customers. For example when the customer had a problem they can just call Dell and dell will solve their problem only through phone. Moreover, open lines of communication with the customer created a clear concise understanding of the buyer’s exact needs. Ultimately cutting out the middleman and proving direct support to its client. Dell next established a single point of accountability, to grant customers with a direct connection to associates through proper channels. The more buyers have choice the power of buyers is high where they can choose any barand they want like Dell, Acer, Compaq, Sony and more while the bargaining power of customers low when the buyers have only few choices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Dell  provides the customer with a product to best suit their budget, while allowing the consumer a tailor made a system for their use. Dell dominates the computer industry by being a low-cost leader, a perception pleasing to the customer. It required high modal to have our own computer company and it is not like we open a stall like "goreng pisang stall". For example, the threat of entry into Dell is moderate because the Dell industry has few major entry barriers. For most, the Dell has a Web and it increases the threat of the company as it sharply reducing traditional barriers to entry. Threat of entry of new competitors for Dell is moderate as others company such Acer and Compaq also have their own website and compete with Dell. Dell defeats barriers by constantly updating processes and introducing new ideas to remain successful. Dell faces constant threats of substitutes or services from other computer hardware products; such as, Hewlett-Packard and Apple which are among top competitors. Nevertheless Dell’s perseverance remains untouchable through creative technology such as, direct service, customer service and new gadgets.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dell Threat of Substitutes or Services: LOW&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dell have their own original Cd for their notebook and have their own software and services while Acer and Compaq they do not have their own substitutes or services. Acer and Compaq industry use a copy and genuine Cd from other company. Dell have their own warranty while for Acer and Compaq they have many warranty services where the shop also have their warranty instead of the warranty from the Acer and Compaq company. For example Acer not only offers lower cost of ownership and investment protection, but also the assurance that there is an Acer office and Acer Customer service Center near us. Customers may seek assistance and advice they need in the many way; through online or over the phone with Acer Call center personnel. Acer have many warranty than Dell such as Acer local warranty and Acer Extended Warranty&lt;/span&gt;. Dell cannot extend their warranty that had given by the company so this show that Acer have many substitutes service in their product.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, high price, and lack of software support prevent people from switching to    Apple system. Recently Dell introduced the new Dell Pocket DJ and Dell photo printer 540, to gain a competitive advantage over Apple’s iPod mini and Hewlett-Packard photo smart 375. The new innovating idea behind the model is the price comparison.  Dell climbs to the top of the market with the photo printer 540 another ground-breaking gadget for the company. The Dell photo printer retail price is $189.00 compared to Hewlett-Packard’s photo smart starting price of $200.00(USA Today, 2004). Again, Dell surpassing in price by offering a quality product at a great price. By being informed of its competitors and building constant improvements in its products, Dell will gain a competitive advantage in the market. Dell’s a company that is well known for the quality of the product, service, cost and commitment to customers. Dell gained a competitive advantage by establishing new ideas in the information technology world. By focused on capturing the customer’s needs and determined for success, Dell maintains a successful record. When a company does not fully practice Porter’s Competitive Forces the company will faces a great risk. Companies need to understand the market facing them in order to accomplish the desired goals of success. From the point of my view, this movie is a very touching movie and there are many moral values that I can interpret. The director produces a warmth movie that has a good lesson, the story also easy to understand and delivered in a good way. It's also a very charming film for  of all ages.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Overview...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ali takes his sister Zahra's shoes to the shoemaker to be repaired, but suddenly it loses when Ali went into the shop and left the shoe at outside the shop. Their hardlife start when the shoe had loses because Zahra has no shoe to wear when going to school. Zahra wanted to tell their parents about the loses shoe but Ali stopped her from doing that. So they decided to keep about the shoe loses as a secret from their parents, knowing that their parents is no money to buy a replacement pair new shoe and fearing that they will be punished. To solve this matter Ali and Zahra made a plan where they share Ali's sneakers. They have to face many obstacles during this time such as Ali always went late to school and nearly to be dismissed while Zahra has to rushed quickly after school to hand off the shoe to Ali. The sad moment when Zahra sees the shoes on a her schoolmate's feet, and follows her home, but the two soon become friends. A few days later Ali heard about  footrace in his school and the third winner will  receive  a new pair of sneakers. Ali entered the race with the hope he will be win the third prizes and  he want to give a new sneakers to his sister Zahra. He accidentally places first and wins another prize instead. The film ends with Zahra finding out that she will not get a new pair of shoes, but there is a quick shot of their father's bicycle at the end of the movie that shows what appears to be the red shoes Zahra had been focusing on earlier and another pair of white sneakers, for Ali, whose old sneakers were torn from so much use. The film also ends with the final shot and touching ending where showing blisters on Ali's feet because of he tried his best to win the third prizes in the race for his sister.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);font-size:130%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;RESPONSIBLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;From the point of my view, the moral value that I can get through this movie is &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;responsible&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;independent&lt;/span&gt;. Ali and Zahra were responsible children towards their parents. They helped their parents without any protest. They do all work by their ownself. For instant, Ali helped their father to do gardening at town as to earn extra money, while Zahra helped their mother to do housework and look after her youngest sister. They know their responsibility towards their parents very well. This value gives good impact to our self and to arouse us our responsibility towards parents and family.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 102, 0);font-size:130%;" &gt;LOVING&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Besides that,&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; loving&lt;/span&gt; between siblings is the most important moral value that we should implement as an example in our life. It's about a 9-year old boy who loses his 7-year old sister's shoes through no fault of his own. They are very poor and they both want to keep it as a secret from their parents. They love their parents and do not want to burden them.So they decided that they will share Ali worn-out sneakers. Zahra wears them to school in the morning, and Ali wears them in the afternoon. However, they faced many challenges during this time. Zahra almost loses a shoe when it falls into a drain while Ali late for school and nearly to be dismissed. Because of loved to his sister Ali willingly to sacrified and faced the obstacles. Ali,  has the biggest, most expressive eyes I've ever seen and my heart immediately went out to him while Zahra is little sister which paly a good role. Later, there is a footrace announced in the little boy's school. He finds out that if he wins third prize he can get a new pair of sneakers and he struggle for it as he want to give the sneakers to his sister. The tension mounts and this proved the Ali loving towards Zahra. One of the best things about this film is that it brought me into another culture. This is just a simple story about the love between a brother and sister. It transcends all cultures, and makes the audience see the humanity of the children. There's one scene where they clean the shoes and blow great big soap bubbles at each other. It certainly is heartwarming.  This story show us a strong love between Ali and Zahra. When Zahra shoe’s was lost, Zahra wanted to tell her father about it, however Ali reminded her that if she told the truth, they will create a problem to their father and make him    worried. So, as they are concern and caring children, they decided not to tell their parents about   it because their parents would not be able to afford a new shoes. Lastly they made a plan. However he also was a genius student although he came from poor family. Ali never makes his poorer as an obstacle to achieve a good result in his examination. She was ungrateful with what she had. Although, her brother sacrifieced a lot for her such as gave her a valuable pen, and gave her his sneakers but Zahra still not happy. She always looked at the person who are rich and had a nice shoes. She want a shoes like them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a nutshell, we should practice a good values in our life and take a negative values as a lesson.Always remember that everything we did will impact in our life.
